Alex Tomlinson is currently working at Morris Adjmi in New York, NY. Primary interests include the relationship between developer and architect, multifamily housing developments, and neighborhood development. Short term career goals include completion of LEED Green Associate, with the intention of gaining LEED AP BD+C, while completing a Masters in Real Estate Development within 3 years (MSRED, MRED).
From January to May of 2012, Alex completed post graduate coursework in finance at the University of South Carolina (Darla Moore School of Business), receiving a GPA of 3.60. Coursework included Investment Analysis, Portfolio Management, Managerial Accounting, and Operations Management.
In 2011, Alex received his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a minor in Business Administration from Clemson University, receiving a cumulative GPA of 3.78. During his undergraduate career, in the Fall of 2009, he studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain, concentrating in a study of urban planning.
